Setting New Year's Resolutions Yet?

Weight gain occurs when you consume more calories than your body uses. Maintaining a healthy weight will prevent and control diseases. More than one third of the United States adults are obese. The key to achieving and maintaining a healthy weight is about a lifestyle that includes healthy eating, regular physical activity and balancing the number of calories you consume with the number of calories your body uses.
